Lawn Rover Returns, Refunds & Warranty
12-month warranty on Remote Control Lawn Mowers
Return eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns Policy
• Acceptable reasons for returns include products damaged during shipment, products not as described, or product defects.
• Return timelines: You must notify us within 14 days of the invoice date of your intention to return the product. Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned within 10 calendar days of receiving the email confirming approval. Strictly no items will be accepted for return or refund after 10 calendar days from the invoice date due to buyer error.
• Restocking fee: If the return is due to buyer error, a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price may apply plus the customer is liable to pay for the freight cost for the returns.
In exceptional circumstances, and strictly at our sole discretion, we may consider a return request.
If a return is approved under special circumstances:
• The mower must be unused, untouched, and in original condition.
• The mower must not have been operated, modified, damaged, or altered in any way.
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Return approval must be obtained in writing before any item is sent back.
. Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is approved under special circumstances:
• The customer is responsible for all return freight costs.
• The customer must arrange and pay for return shipping.
• We are not responsible for any damage occurring during return transit.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
A credit note will be issued and can be applied toward future purchases.
• Refund process: Lawn Rover, at its sole discretion, may offer a refund. Any refund must be requested within 20 days of the credit note date; otherwise, the credit will remain on the account for future purchases.
• Only products returned in as-new condition will be accepted.
• Returns for custom or special orders will not be accepted.
• All parts returned must be accompanied by an approved Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form. The RMA form can be accessed by logging into your account on our online store or by contacting our sales team.
• Returned goods without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please ensure the RMA number provided is clearly visible on the returned package.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and, after the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union — 10 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 10 calendar days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

12-Month Warranty
All Lawn Rover Remote Control Lawn Mowers include a 12-month warranty.
To make a warranty claim, email info@lawnrover.com.au with:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Your contact information
- Proof of purchase
Our customer support team will help initiate and manage your warranty claim promptly.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
The warranty provided by Lawn Rover covers manufacturing defects only. The following items and circumstances are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:
1. Consumable Items
The warranty does not cover consumable parts subject to normal wear and periodic replacement, including but not limited to:
- Cutting blades (including flail blades)
- Blade bolts, nuts and washers
- Drive belts
- Air filters, fuel filters and oil filters
- Engine oil, hydraulic oil and lubricants
- Spark plugs
- Batteries (after the standard battery warranty period)
- Remote control batteries
- This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. blades, tyres, belts, filters).
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the owner’s manual.
- Products used for rental, hire, or commercial purposes outside standard contractor use (unless otherwise specified).
2. Wear and Tear Components
The warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear, impact damage, misuse or environmental exposure, including but not limited to:
- Tracks or tyres
- Track rollers and bearings
- Clutch and brake components
- Cables (throttle, clutch and control cables)
- Rubber bushes and mounts
- Drive motor gears and casing
- Paint damage, scratches, fading or surface rust
- Plastic covers and guards
- Electrical wiring damage caused by water ingress, rodents or external factors
- Remote control units damaged due to drops, impact or water exposure
3. Excluded Circumstances
Warranty claims will be void in the event of:
- Improper operation, including use on excessive slopes, rocky terrain, stumps or unsuitable conditions
- Lack of routine maintenance as outlined in the user manual
- Overloading or misuse beyond intended capacity
- Unauthorised modifications, alterations or repairs
- Failure to report freight damage immediately upon delivery
- Commercial use where the product is sold for domestic use
Lawn Rover reserves the right to inspect all claims and determine warranty eligibility at its sole discretion.
